Tsun Ngai Machinery Co. ,Ltd. (HK) has established two tooling co***nies in Dongguan of Guangdong Province and Suzhou of Jiangsu Province respectively.
The one in Dongguan is named Tsun Ngai Plastic Tooling (Changan) Manufactory which expertise in designing and producing professional tooling products and equipments, plastic moulds and die casing moulds by adopting modernized technology and digital-control processing. The Co***ny has teams of experienced designers, developers, professional technicians and experienced workers. With the contribution and effort made by our 330 employees, our annual production capacity is more than 600 suits which are commonly used for the production of vehicles and home appliance products.
The Co***ny has strong design ability. We adopt computer technique for designing, processing, analyzing and reversal engineering so as to provide to our customers with compensate solution plan on mould design, structure analysis and effective manufacturing.
The Co***ny has advanced machines and equipments including high speed CNC, large and medium sized digital-control lathe and precise EDM. This leads to standardization of mould production and simplications of management and thus, we got the authentication of ISO9001 in October 2003.The Co***ny has co-operated with a number of prestigious enterprises in China and abroad, e.g. Electrolux, Haler, Honda, Panasonic, Philips, Bissell, Moulinex and Eurostar.
